I wasn't terribly sure about how bad H. crispa was about eating aquarium fish, but I have experienced their predatory habits firsthand. My 6 year old blue tang was eaten by the monster today. I had lost a yellow tang in the past, and seeing as how there was no ammonia spike/unhealthy animals, I suspected the same. Now I know that it was probably eaten as well. Just to let you folks know that H. crispa is fully capable of eating larger, healthy fish.
