We're having the exact same issue w/ a group buy from Jebao out here in S. CA. Reefers Club since January. After 3 mos. of dealing w/ excuses or silence from China, it seems Jebao changes shipping price at last minute, holds order hostage & gets away w/ it. I miss TBRC!! Man that is insane. You have an actual invoice for the order and then they increased price after you paid them and have been waiting for months? Would probably be impossible to get a refund too I'd bet.

They don't offer refunds after the order is complete which I bet is why they waited till the order was complete and ready to ship to tell me there was an error with the quote they initially gave me.

What a shakedown. I've never heard of anything like that. Especially when it took months to actually complete the order and prices were quoted multiple times from them. What options did they give you? Either pay us more or forfeit what you've already paid?

Yea basically that since they don't give refunds after the order is complete.
