Another lighting question

Hello

I have 29g tank (18" deep) I mostly have zoas and rics. And lights are 195w PC. I found 175w MH retrofit kit. Which lights would be better for zoas and rics?

I would use the 175watt mh and use some of the PC's for actinics.

I'm in the process of setting up a Zoa/Paly dominated tank. I'm going to be using a 175W MH Retrofit kit from HelloLights.com with a 14K bulb. I'm also going to be running 2 24W T-5 actinics. I'm uber excited. I was thinking about using pc's, but decided to go the T-5 route. I really recommend hellolights, They have great customer service. Hope that helps.
