Another Worm ID Please!

Hello - I found many worms in my systems over the years, but have never seen one like this. This was on the back wall of a 24 gallon nano cube. Anyone have any idea what it is? This thing has to be 2 feet long streched out and doesnt move often. I believe it may have come out of a bubble tip mushroom. Any suggestions?

That looks like eggs to me.
