Anthias disease or...?

At first I thougt the white bump on the dorsal fin was some parasite as it showed up literally overnight. However after seeing the last pic, it seems it might be a piece of food impaled by a dorsal spine (however unlikely that might be). Had her for about 3-4 weeks now and has been perfectly healthy since day one with a great appetite. Any thoughts?

Looks like lymphocystis to me, a virus which usually goes away on it's own. Good water quality and excellent nutrition can help.

Thanks I'll do some research, but in the meantime, is it something that would surround one single dorsal spine like that?
