Anthias eating or not eating?

I got 3 sub adult sunset (short snout) anthias on Friday March 9th. So far I have not seen them eat. I tried frozen and live brine, mysis, new life spectrum pellets, freeze dried cyclopeze. for the most part they stay hidden and come out in the open briefly. I know at least 2 are still alive cause I have seen them out and about. the question is, they must be eating something right? if it's been four days and they are still alive? especially since they need to feed often.
