If your fish is eating you can soak dried brine shrimp in an antibiotic (like Maracyn) and/or something like prazipro for parasites and it feed it directly to the sick fish (iow feed everybody else and then spot feed the sick one with a straw or pipette) and it's such a small amount that it's not going to affect your reef.

However I don't know what wrong with him -- are you posting in the fish disease treatment forum?

I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum, :hmm6:. I posted for a mod to hopefully move it to fish disease, but can't always get what we want = ). 100% it's a swim bladder infection he doesn't swim up at all. There maybe something else, but definatly swim bladder issues.
