Dang, those were nice.
Sorry you lost them in the move.

Thanks. I'll have them again...just need to start selling condos down here and get some cash. :)

Peace,

Chip

Do you have any idea how rare these cyphastreas are?
I've never seen them in any of the LFS ever.

Have fast have they been growing for you and what kind of lighting do they seem to like?
Thanks!

They're another low-light LPS. The only one that likes higher light is the solid bright green one (no pic of that one, but I had it before).

Medium flow, as well, and they grow fast.

You can get them from Atlantis Aquarium and fellow hobbiests. They're around if you look for them.

Peace,

Chip

I've got most of the ones Chip posted and a couple others. They are becoming more popular lately and I think Atlantis has the best selection consistently. Exotic Reefs has some too.

p.s. Chip - I think the 3rd pic is actually C. japonica, but it's likely I'm wrong :)

Nope, you're right, that's my bad...it's a japonica. :) You've got PM, BTW. ;)

The green one is a microphthalma, and here's the pic :

Chip/Jacob et all,

Cyphastreas are becoming fairly common amongst wholesalers that buy from IMT in Tonga. They've been shipping quite a few, enough in fact, that they're sitting at the wholesalers now :(

I have all you pictured, and more Chip, I'll send a care package soon :D
