any diy mounting ideas for a kessil?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any easy plans for mounting a kessil above a 20 gallon. I was thinking of just getting some electrical conduit and bending it to 90 degrees. Thanks.

Sorry idk any DIY ideas, but I love the gooseneck that goes with the light. It looks nice and clean and is very well built not to mention it's versatility. Move it up, down, side side, wherever you need, it's nice!! Also u can get one for cheap in the used market, probably not even worth it to make your own mount, considering what u can get a used gooseneck for.

I have a almost brand new Kessil goose neck for sale. $30.00 and it's yours. Ordered from YR and it didn't fit the rim on my tank.

Butterfly hook on the ceiling and sun grip clips...I use this on my tank now

I don't understand what the benefit of the 90 degree adapter is

You can mount the Kessil much higher above the waterline, and IMO looks much more aesthetic pleasing to look at. Adapter is optional but would be better with it.
