Any ideas what's wrong with my Ourple Tang?

He has had it for about a month and doesn't effect his behaviour. Still swimming and eating fine.

It is only one side.

Does it come & go like stress spots would? Or always present?

To be honest I haven't noticed it before. It's my Mrs that has seen it over the past month. I'll keep an eye on it.
