I know we have many interesting places around us here in central Florida so what about making a trip to a cool place once a month or so? I know there is a place called Segrest Farms in Gibsonton that allows reefers to visit their facility, would anyone have interest in going with me in the next few weeks. For those who do not know, Segrest is a huge wholesaler who supplies a lot of LFS with their stock and would be an interesting visit. According to their website:
"Visiting hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 11 am on Fridays. No charge, but everyone who visits must sign an insurance release form. We invite you to look at the fish in our facility but unfortunately you cannot touch or purchase. "
So perhaps we could make it like Monday at 3pm but I know many will be at work but this is the first place. There are many other cool places like ORA and such for future dates.
