any known internal parasite quick killer for clowns?

I lost my occelaris clown this morning . for the past 2 days the clown was lethargic, did not eat but no external parasite/ abnormality that I could see. yesterday clown was breathing heavy, started shaking hysterically then, then early this morning he was a gone.

I am leaning towards some sort of internal parasite but I am not aware of any quick killer.

any inputs?

Parasite usually do not kill their host since this will kill them too. You are thinking of infection.
