Jelly bean parrots are entirely different than naturally ugly. Jelly bean parrots are cruely injected with dyes as well as often physically mutilated by chopping off fins to make them look "cute."

Sorry oama, I didn't mean to suggest that you are anything but helpful and a positive contributor to the discussion here.

I just know that on the clownfish board there seems to still be some discussion about the rate of marketable picasso fry and I didn't see anything specific from you. Unfortuantely the link you provided didn't work. I'll try later. At least I'll have the right info next time the question comes up!.
