I've always considered any flat worms/nudibranches bad but I was at the LFS and they said that there are a few varieties that are good. I think it was a lettuce nudibranch or something. You can never trust the LFS so what does everyone have to say about this?

berghia eat aiptasia like sk8r said. and there is a type of nudibranch that eats flat worms. then there are the lettuce that feed on algaes.
but for the most part they are short lived and eat a very speciallized diet so keeping them in captivity is not really recommended.

I knew of berghia but I dont have any aiptasia ... I guess I got excited when I was told that some are benificial. They alwaysed looked so cool but everyone says there a no no for reef tanks so I stayed away from them.
