I am in the market for a quiet/silent return pump as my sicce 2.0 is not as quiet as I would like. I do not want to go with one of the jebao DC pumps because I hear a lot of failure stories on them, and I don't want to go with a ecotech M1 because that's paying for a lot of overkill on my 40g. Current USA is releasing a DC pump in the size of around 1000gph, which is perfect for me, but there is really no discussion on these pumps and how well they may work.
Anyone thinking of trying one? I am curious due to the price and lower flow rating, but with it being a new product, there is always the fear of reliability without out being tested by the public.
