depends how shallow you mean, but if you mean shallow like a majority of the coral display tanks at stores then that's a custom job, any store that takes custom orders should be able to handle it for you.

"Breeder" tanks (30, 40, 50 gallon) generally are short but wide tanks. You can order them from PetClub and such places.

Some pet shops may carry 30G turtle tanks. Dims are 24x24x12. Glass is not as thick.
