Does anyone know of any good shops in the miami area that drill tanks?

Im trying to make a nano reef in my apartment and i need to have a sump on it in case power fails to prevent a flood

If your moderately handy, it's not that hard to do. Watch some vids online. Not the exact answer you were looking for. Curious, why would your nano flood if power went out??
