Any suggestions roger?

Hey roger, I have my 6100 on my 75 with the single controller. The closest coral to it is a ORA blue milli thats about 15" at its closest point to the output of the pump. I have the pump pulsing from about 30% to 50%. The milli so far doesn't like the flow, its actually stripped one side of one of the branches. What should I do, I assume eventually it will get used to the flow but how long will that take. I really didn't expect this problem because I've heard of people with so much more flow than this and I though a 15" distance would be a safe distance.

Sorry for the crap picture.

You could try to temporarily put a barracade around the coral, either make a box of eggcrate that will diffuse the flow, this is pretty simple just eggcrate and zip ties, or place a rock to one side. Alternatively you may be able to hit the tank wall and bounce the flow around until the coral adapts to a more direct flow.
