Any tips on fragging a chalice?

I have a LE Watermelon Chalice that I have been a little too much of a chicken to frag. I want to move it so it need to be removed from the rock anyway. Can this be done with a pair of bone cutters? How easy do they frag? What are the chances or frags living when cut this way. Do you try to leave a full mouth?

I frag my chalice with bone cutters or a dremel. Some I have not left a mouth and they were fine.
