Anybody interested in a Coldwater GB?

bump! Might be pushing order back to 2-3 weeks from now.

There's a really cool tank @ Reef Culture, it's about 23G or so with 1" acrylic if anyone is interested in using that for a coldwater!

Are you talking about the shallow one with the curved front? Saw that today... Didn't realize it was for sale, thought it was an order....

yup! Very interesting dimension, you can put an overflow box and drill it to add a chiller and you got yourself a AIO coldwater!

I wish I had the room, I would've loved to get it

Not like I can fit another tank in this tiny apartment, but I'm going to go check that tank out today if I can find time after f.r.a.g. meeting

Josh&Stu @ CWMA are currently searching the ocean for a coldwater Squilla Mantis for my 2g

Zrogst and Brian Cummings, I think Stu & Josh would be able to give us discount on certain stuff if we buy it in a colony. Then we can just split when it gets here... Things like the Strawberry Anemone colony, Large Feather Duster colonies, ect.

Let me know if you guys would like to do that

Yeah I'd be down. I'm interested in going in on Corynactis californica, Corynactis viridis, and Serpula sp. colonies.

My tank will be here tomorrow, I'll need a day or two to buff it out and get it wet. I was just going to do dry sand and have Josh&Stu get me some choice pieces of live granite or other chunky solid rock... Since I will have to cycle would you mind holding my part of the colonies if you order them soon?

No problem, I can hold livestock for you while you cycle it.

I don't know if he have Corynactis viridis yet. I know they're doing single polyps right now... I'm tempted to get a one, but might hold off til they start bringing in colonies.

I'm in with you on the Serpula sp / Corynactis California

so you ended up with a 4G?

2g will be here tomorrow - going to house a Squilla Mantis as soon as CWMA can get their hands on one. That's where I'd like to put the feather dusters and strawberry/jewel nems.

Mike @ MicroReefs still working on the 4g - no rush on him though, I've got plenty on my hands with 5 tanks.

very cool! So you're just waiting on the mantis to be caught?

I haven't gone very far on my tank build since I picked up the plex. I am waiting on my router table to be delivered by UPS...it should be here today or tomorrow, then I can smooth the edges and get to solvent welding...then the edge polishing... also thinking to make a small stand...

Stu at coldwater is holding some rocks for me. The livestock that I really want, he does not have at the moment (Balanophyllia elegans and Stylantheca porphyra). He thinks he can get the latter, has a GPS location for collecting.

If you guys are hot to order, you can go ahead, you don't have to wait. I am not sure if I'll be ready to rock and roll by the end of the week, or if things get in the way, several weeks...

Let me know when and what you guys are interested in :) Maybe start making a list on here or something?

I'm holding some small ochres, and some metridium rocks already.

Also getting in 20 of these guys tonight :)
