Anybody use Compact Florescent for there nano

I have 7 gallon nano that I am wanting start keeping soft coral in. I was wondering about using those spiral CF that screw in to the normal bulb socket. I just didn't know if they worked well for this type of thing or if it was better to go with just a 14 inch Florescent bulb at 14 watts. I only plan on keeping shrooms zoos maybe some encrusting leather.

Lights of America makes a PC fixture that you can pick up at H/D. 65 watt PC bulb. Color might be a bit yellow. Those screw in spirals are about in the 6.5K spectrum. Sort of yellowish if you ask me.

I'd look for some type of bulb or fixture that you could put some sort ot 50/50 PC bulb in.... Or get a clamp on Viper light.... A bit expensive but might be perfect for that...

I have used the 32watt PC retrofit in my minibow7 and it has done really well for the shrooms/ softies and such that I keep.
