Anyboudy have a bag o Old Castle/Southdoun sand?

Got my 75 doun and am thinking of going with different sand.I picked up a bag of Old Castle from Baeslebob at a NARC meeting at his house a wile back.I only got one bag and a lady got the rest.I need more if im goin to use it in the 75.From what I gather you can't buy the stuff round here anymore.

I only put one bag this time in my 180 to make a shallow sand bed. Are you thinking about making a deep sand bed?

No.Im not wanting a DEEP bed.Your only going to use 50lbs in your 180?(nice tank by the way).I just didn't think 50lbs would cover my 75 good plus some has leaked out of the bag.I can't remember but I think I put 60lbs in oridganaly.
Im going to take a container and mix some of the old sand with the Old Castle and see how I like it.Might go that route(If the one bag doesn't cover it)

I have a good enough shallow bed in my 180 with just one bag. Some area is deeper than other areas. I have a couple of spots that are almost bare, but they are well hidden under/behind rocks so that no one notices except for my tiny Alpheus pistol shrimp.

The pistol shrimp are bulldozing the sand at the moment to create tunnels where they want them. My clownfishes are also clearing an area beneath their host frogspawn, making quite a sand storm in the process .

mixing my old sand with the Old Castle doesn't look good.My old sand is more corse and has alot of dark specs in it.The OC/SD looks mo better!Anybody got 20lbs or so?

I have a bag that I bought from another reefer. He had it outside so it got damp a grew a bit of green. I openened the bag and let it dry. I paid $10 and will pass it on for same. Let me know.

I work on Redstone Arsenal so I can easily make a trip to south Huntsville. I had planned not to be at work again until Monday but if you need it for this weekend I can meet you in south Huntsville anytime convenient for you.
