Just wondering if anyone planning to come to the NCPARS swap on April 12th at PSU has not yet signed up on the www.fragswapper.com site.

Signing up helps us in planning - so we know how much food and icecream to order, how much space we may need, etc.

So if you have not signed up, I would urge you to do so.

Also, start listing your frags. It helps a lot if you have already prearranged the trades/sales both as a buyer as well as the seller.

If you have any problems signing up, please let us know and I am sure someone can help you with it.

We already have about 60 people signed up, and I know there are a lot more I have talked to that are planning on comming.

Its shaping up to be one of our biggest and best swap ever !!!! So sign up, bring your friends and family.

Thanks to those of you who have registered, especially after reading this post. :-)

We are now up to 49 registered users and 74 attendees.

And I know there are still more of you planning to come but have not registered.

I'm signed up to be there, but there is a good possibility there will be 3 of us. Should I change from 1 to 3?

Yes that would be a great idea. The reason behind my answer is 3 people eat more than 1. So if you are bringing 3 total and others do the same, we will not have enough food to go around. This is extremely important this swap because we are having the food catered. None of the Board or members will be making, working, or handling food at the swap this time.

We want to concentrate on the SWAP and not be running around figuring out if we have enough food or not.

So your help in determining how many people is coming ensures you will have a FULL BELLY at LUNCH TIME! :)

This is shaping up nicely! Thank you Sanjay for your hard work! It isn't going unnoticed.

17 short of hitting the 100 mark. And I know there is more than 17 of you planning to come but have not yet signed up.

Please sign up, if you are comming to the swap.

Thanks,

sanjay.

Hi,

Do you have to have anything to swap to attend..or cam I come and just nose around and buy?

Mike

Yep, you can come nose around and buy, eat food, listen to the talk etc. But you still have to pay the entrance fee if you are not a member of NCPARS. If you are in the region and plan to attend the 2 swaps and other activities best deal is to become a member.

Alright.. we are now upto 97 registered attendees. Only a few more to push us to the 100 mark, and set a new record for NCPARS.

We are now exactly 4 weeks away from the swap. Lots of great corals listed and being scooped up by those registered. Don't miss your chance to get the good stuff.

If you give a prize to the 100th person, then people will hold out and not register waiting for the 99th person to sign up. Not a good strategy.

We will easily go over a hundred... I am very confident.

The earlier people register, it will give them access to all the corals listed. And reserve them to make sure they get the corals before some are gone.

I just registered, we had to wait to find out if we had a babysiter. There are so many great frags... now what to pick.. hummmm....??
Steve

Thanks Steve. Glad you were able to find a babysitter. I am sure as we get closer to the swap, others will also be able to finalize thier plans and we should see more people signing up.

This is turning out to be the biggest NCPARS swap ever, with lots of great corals available, and more becoming available almost every day.

110 signed up, with 21 days to go. If we average 1 more per day we will at 130 for hte frag swap.

Definately an NCPARS frag swap record. I think we also reaching a record for corals listed and being swapped.
