Can you point me to where their reviews are? I did a google search and other then their own site, i do not see any other reviews. They claim to have been operating since 1999.

Yep. you guys are all correct. I did some more digging and found the domain is registered to the same owner as aquacon. Thank you all! I just hope folks will make their way to this thread when they google search this site for reviews.

I have been robbed by this company and I am wondering if anyone could help me with info on filing charges? This guy Tom charged my card and never sent my order. Does not answer phone calls nothing. Please help if you can.

The link I posted above tells you everything you need to know about this company. Unfortunately it sounds like it might be a little too late for you. Honestly, filing charges will cost you way more than you've lost, but what I would do is call the credit card company and have them dispute the charges. Explain to them the story and they should fight on your behalf and hopefully credit back the money.

Good luck! And sorry you became one of their many victims. People like this make my blood boil. Probably could have run a decent business if they had done things right. They're idiots.

This guy has done the same thing to everyone he deals with. He is a POS liar man. Sooner or later someone is going to show up there and bash his head in.

I was just looking at this site and it has the look of a scam site IMO.. can get whatever you want and the layout of the site looks scammy to me also ...if this guy is posting a site with stuff for sale and shipping across states ... but not delivering the goods but taking the money ... that should be a federal crime.

If you pay with a credit card, you can contact the card company and they might open an investigation. Once the credit card company finds out its a scam they should credit you with the amount you spent.
