Like the title says, anyone keep a Velvet-Belly Lantern Shark - Etmopterus spinax before? I don't plan on keeping a shark, just wondering if anyone has ever kept one before. They look pretty darn cool IMO.

crazy fish, cant imagine anyone keeping one though, at least in a home aquarium.

Their max length is only 18-23 inches... So, they don't get very big compared to other sharks.

Seriously, that is a very cool shark though. I would assume they'd have special requirements (temp, diet, dim lighting, etc) given the depth they come from, but don't know much myself. Hopefully someone knows someting.
Doesn't sound like it would make it into the hobby much/ever.
