Anyone Ever Use these?

New to the hobby and have a Biocube 29. The only thing I don't like about the setup is the light and fans. Thinking about upgrading to LED's. Anyone ever use either of these? Which one is preferred?

Also, I was going to do a custom lighting fixture with track lighting, will these fit into standard light sockets I would find to use with a track system?

One more question, how many would you recommend using for a Biocube 29?

To properly light a 29g Biocibe with Par38 lighting you will need two of them. You would be better off getting a DIY LED system from ReefLEDlights and retrofitting it into your hood for that stock look.
