Anyone got a fluval 304/05 they're not using?

Am thinking of getting rid of my media reactors and using a 304/305 for my biopellets and carbon as well as some floss for mechanical filtration. Anyone got a good, complete, working 304/305 they no longer use?

Have the following for possible trades...

55g. blue food grade drum
2 BRS deluxe media reactors

Or cash. LMK. Thanks.

i wouldnt do that, carbon nor the bio pellets will be as effective as they are now in your reactors

A 304 has more than enough flow to tumble both media types, especially the minute amounts (8 tbsp carbon, 200g BP) that I need for my small tank. Thanks for your opinion though.

exactly too much flow which limits absorption times which equals fail,
not to mention once the mechanical part of the filtration clogs it will bypass it all.

Adjustable flow rate. And I am religious w/ changing out media. There will not be a problem, other than finding one. If you can help out in that regard...

well hope it works out for you, but if i were you i wouldnt get rid of your reactors because you will wanna go back to them, u'll see what i mean:beer:

I have a 304. It works perfectly but the handle is cracked. I am in the Pasadena area.
