anyone had this happen?

I am in the process of building a new sump with the help of skinnyjoe and gwrench. Just had it drilled at SITC, they did a great job, got home, put a bulkhead in it and filled her up for a leak test. This is what happened 24 hours later...

Looks like that bulkhead got over tightened to me. Not really uncommon.

Just what dugg said, you or whoever overtightened the bulkhead.

I ruined a sump doing that.
