anyone has PAR meter for rent and borrow

Thanks for the info guys, but I would rather deal this face to face instead, putting a deposit of $490 just in case if there is a dispute for malfunction or package lost during transit is a scary thought.

The reviewer says he bought it just for the par monitor.

I don't use it so don't know if they work well or not.

Which model of radions do you have and how deep is your tank?

I just mapped out my 30 inch deep tank with 3 gen 3 and 3 gen 1 radions and pretty much I run them 100 percent with white at 70 reds greens at 30 and my par levels are still lacking a bit for sps! The sanded barely gets 100 par. Now I need to talk to ecotech about building 60 degree optics

mine is also gen 3 radion non pro version, may be a pro might do better for that deep of tank, I am shooting for 300-400 at 12 inch below water, do you think that would be sufficient.

I have sourced a PAR meter from a local reefer, what a wonderful community this is, thanks for unselfishness generosity and the support you have provided.

If they are running full power then yes i think they will be close to what you are looking for.

I get about 250 to 300 at 15inches. Also my fixtures are at the most 6 inches from the water

For the MQ200 isn't there a multiplier to factor in the inaccuracy from the blue spectrum measured?

I believe that's what I used but I dunno about a multiplier. I believe I read somewhere to add another 25 percent to your total par to get close but, I just go by the number I get and all my corals all seem much happier.
