has anyone seen them sold locally?. I am trying to avoid placing an order to Aquatic Eco Systems for 1 small part.

I know that hardware retailers do not have them. I even talked to my plumbers at work and they had never heard of them. I had to order mine online. Order a few and you will find uses for them or some one else will need it. I had one but sellout came over and got it.

sellout....I went to McMaster.com, but have no clue where to look for the uniseal. Did a search on Uniseal, and got 100 resutls. Any chance you can give us a specific link?

Thanks!

I might have an extra if you want to come to Rockford. I might be in Huntley tomorrow if you wanted to meet there. I'll need to double check and make sure I have 1.

That was actually gotfish8 posting. I was at his house and left my name logged in. Try pm'ing him.

I called and placed an order for it at Mcmaster. I went to the will call desk in Elmhurst(really hard to find) right near the 290/294 20/64 area. Anyway it they list 2 styles of "pipe gromets". The ones I ordered are much larger than the ones I have seen on the DIY pages. I think it will work. I bought a few extra to have around in case anyone needs a 1" uniseal. Now I just got to get my G3 moded to a recirc.
