Well, earlier this week the clock on my BM T01 took a dump rendering my doser inoperable since no time clock means doser doesn't know when to dispense. I ordered a replacement motherboard from Seaside ($50) and it arrived Friday and I replaced Friday. It's a 3-5 minute swap out at most. Now SA has a disclaimer with item description that if you don't wasn't to send unit in for repair then no warranty on replacement parts. I didn't want to double the amount of time unit was not operable by sending in a two minute fix I took the gamble...and possibly lost. They sent me the motherboard for the T11 not the T01 and it's defective. How do I know? Because it can't go longer then 12 hours before the unit beeps consistently like a car alarm and display is flashing MOT ERR, motherboard error. However, the clock is now fixed 
the T01 doser doesn't have an alarm, mine never beeped and nowhere on any website does it list an alarm feature for the T01, only the T11.
I've written Sa an email and hopefully they'll do the right thing but instead of waiting until I have an answer I might not like I figured getting a backup plan in order might be a good idea. So let me know if you have one and what it is. Thanks
