Anyone have a tds meter in the Cleveland Heights Area?

I am ordering an inline unit online, but have been battling algae for the past month. I use an ro/di unit, but was told to test the output water. I was wondering if anyone had one that they were willing to lend out for a quick test.

Also, if someone has one they want to sell, rather give the money to them then MD ;)

The club bought one for members to use. It should be with the library. I would PM one of the board members to find out where it is and if it can be used at the next meeting if you can wait that long.

Thanks guys,

I actually got one today. My water is testing at 139 on the ro/di intake and 3 on the output. Should it be 0? Do I need to replace the filters? Where do you guys get new filters from?

Mine tests zero on the out, but I wouldn't worry about 3 - at Rochester NY mine tested around 3 - 5 and I never had any problems with algae.
