how many reps are in the US? as far as I can tell

This thing can't be as bad as what I'm seeing in mine.
I would work with roger but my first post about this
offended him and now he thinks he don't have to give
me any customer service..Aside from the help I got from
some wonderful RC members so I'm on my own with my new
9010...apparently if you tic off the US rep you get no warranty
and no CS. if you would rather not post, please PM me with it.
