Anyone have experence with IPSF?

The fuge needs a restart, and the main tank could use some help in the sand bed. Anyone have any experience with IPSF.com? (hope this does not break a Reef Central rule, if it does I apologize)
Just wondering, as they seem to have available packages that could help my problems, but I'm not sure of their reliability.

Ive ordered from them before, over a year ago. They had fuge critters at that time i didnt see anywhere else.
