Anyone Have experience with a Rusty Angel

Well My dad wants to get one of these angels and I cant find much info on them. So how hardy are these guys and what are their mortailty rate. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could share their expereince with this fish. Thanks

They are the punks of the dwarf angelfish world. I would stay away, any of the others would be a better choice.
