Anyone have the Jason Fox Homewrecker?

I'm getting an itch to buy this thing. The pics are absolutely beautiful. Does anyone know if its a fast or slow grower? Anyone had one die? I'm wondering if it's hardy or not. Like so many other corals, I bought them thinking that I grow a little, frag a little, and break even. I justify the purchase as an investment. Obviously I have fooled myself into buying many times. I may fool myself into this one as well. Price...about $500 for 1/2-1" frag

I do not have one, but I have seen it locally. I have traded with the guy about three times and I have not selected it any of the times. It has a bit of the blue-lit, photoshopped element to it, IMO, similar to Walt Disney. The people who bought it, and their friends, are the biggest supporters of it and most people who rooting interest will pass over it for that money.

I am nearly positive that others will disagree, but this is where I am at on it.

I see where jda is on this. My Walt Disney looks great during my ramp up and down period but when the coral plus bulbs come on it's yellowish blue green with beautiful yellow polyps. I got hyped

Well, thats a bummer. I bet you guys are right. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is. I'd like to see this coral in a real light with a normal camera.

I was able to go into a wholesale facility and the owner of the place showed me a home wrecker and said it's not all that it's hyped up to be. I was not impressed. I mean it was a nice piece but not to the point where it can demand the price they're going for.
Online pictures are over saturated.

Here's a frag I just picked up.


As close to perfect representation of the color right now. The tank I got it from is far from having good colors and my tank isn't the greatest right now so we shall see. I'm going to try and update weekly on my build thread.
