Hi guys, I think Mr. Ed needs a new home. He was one of my first fishes and a major impulse buy. I know, I know, a tang in a 40g tank... Well hes doing very well, and its a 40 long if that makes any diff. At least its a four foot tank. I think it is only fair to find a better home for him. I would like to sell him, so if anyone with an adequet tank is interested let me know. I havent decided how much Im looking to get for him so make me an offer, I guess.

I'm interested......I have a 240 8' that would make an excellent home for him......Let me know what your asking.......

He is about 5inches or so. He doesnt stay still long enough to measure. Ive had him for a little over a year and a half. He was probably about 3 and a half or so when I got him. Im thinking $70 bucks for him. Foster and Smith is selling a medium for $99.99 plus shipping so I think $70 is fair. I really dont want to ship him, so I would like to arrange for a pickup/dropoff. He has been fed New Life Spectrum pellets, mysis shrimp, cyclopeeze, and chaeto as long as I have had him. Even though I give him a chunk of chaeto every other day, he is still constantly grazing. I dont want to get rid of him , but its not fair to keep him in to small of a tank. I cant talk the Mrs. into letting me get a bigger one (believe me, Ive tried).

Here are some pics of Mr. Ed. He is still looking for an excellant new home.

I was hoping to get a better shot of his belly to show that he was a pudgy lil fishy but you cant see it to well. Brett did an excellent job at capturing his coloration though. You can kinda see his belly in the second pic. He is a very healthy fish at any rate and deserves a larger home!

Wow,
Excellent PICS, You don't get those kind of pics of a tang by accident.
Those suckers don't usually sit still.
Cheers
Fred

no you dont. Brett West took the pics for me. There is no way my crampy camera could capture that quality picture. I really want to move this guy soon. I am going to be slightly upgrading from a 40 to a 55, so that would be the perfect time to get him out, although I really think he wouldnt be too tough to catch.

Come on guys... I know there is someone out there with a loving home for this guy. I want to know this guy is going to live out a long happy life in a bigger tank. I will go lower in price if the tank is right.

I definitely need to borrow him for a few weeks prior to you selling him! If not a few weeks a few years would work. LOL
