anyone keep two copper banded butterfly fish in a 180 reef

Do they eat food or just pick on the tube worms and aptasias. I had one in my 180 for over a year after it was done eating all the aptasias it could reach and all the tube worms, it starved to death. I now have aptasias that were left reproducing again. It never bothered any corals or clams even when it was starving and I tried every food and way of feeding I could, nothing worked.

i had that exact problem....but mine got ich from the lack of food and died. but i have heard of people keeping pairs together without problems. If they are the same size or introduced together. Good luck i love that fish.

I have added the second one and they are hanging around with each other, they are also eating brine and mysis and formula 2 flake
