Red bubble algae.

It doesn't look round like red bubble algae, looks more like the beginning of a macroalgae like Nemastoma or Predaea.

Thats not algae, thats brown flat worms, yikes!
i could be wrong brown flat worms look almost like that.

The red most often isn't very round. It's really hard to tell from the pic, but it looks to me like it's not completely flat, so I went with red bubble algae.

I'm with Sushi on this one. I should know, I once had a problem with it in my tank, but it is hard to tell from the pics.
