Anyone Know What This is?

This is not an advertisement. . .We received this from a collection station in Indo and they didn't even know what it is. . .I'd bet someone here knows what it is. :)

I think its a breadlet anemone, kind of like the african beadlet anemone.


The tips will get really dark and the tentacles with stay light.




Nice looking anemones, any mertens in that shipment?
 
I believe it is Pseudocornyactis. Not sure about the spelling on that one but its close. I've wanted one for a long time!

I think it might not even be an anemone, maybe one of those coralmorphia.

Hot colors though some have really dark beads at the end of tents that guy should color up nice.
 
Pseudocorynactis seems to be a very close id. We have three with the two smaller individuals being a red color and the larger one (just about twice the size) being a brown color. They were sold to us as carpet anems...but that was just the collector being cheeky. I'll post in the Corallimorpharians forum and see what they think.
