tang just died woke up this morning an he was like this just want to know what it was so i might be able to stop it next time.

Don't know. Could be brooklynella, flukes or velvet or bacterial or a combination I'd guess flukes only because of what appear to be bloody spots where the skin may have been consumed. Sorry for the loss.

What is the history of this fish? How long did you have it? How was his behavior and overall health?

i've had this fish for about 6 months it was very active all they up till about the day it died it ate all the time never had any issues with it at all. feed it pellet food alge , an frozen food. it never got picked. i know it def never had ich an didn't i noticed his foggy eyes an these lil black looking scratches on him the day before but thought he may had just injured his self.
