Well I didnt mention it comes with 10-15 pounds of sand. Sorry. That would be 1 dollar per gallon/pound.

If by good shape you mean holds water then yes it is in excellent shape. LOL here are some pictures. It needs a little cleaning with some vinegar and water and you should be good to go.
