Anyone needing Chaeto!!!

I will do a "Trim Job" on my refugium tomorrow or Saturday morning! Anyone in the club that would want some please let me know and I will be glad to bring you a good sized bag of it to the club meeting, Saturday. I will trim out enough for several folks.

The price is right for any club members (Free) and I promise you that it is very full of pods and such. All I have to do is give it a shake in the fuge and watch my fish go nuts as they feed on what runs into the tank from the pickup.

Actually, I'll take some, cause I JUST bought my Fuge Light tonight. It finally came in. (It's only been on Order for what…like three weeks guys???)

Hey speaking of which, how much time (light cycle) should I run to support the chaeto? I’ve got a smaller sample from the Frag Swap, but I really didn’t have a “real” light going.

I run my lights on all the time.

I run my light on my fuge oposite my other light cycle where it is on when the main lights are off. It helps keep the ph more stable, (more than I would have thought) and the Chaeto grows like crazy!!

My Cheeto has doubled (I can give some away as well) getting over run here. I use a grow light I picked up at Lowes and have it on a reverse cycle than the tank lights.

Got some weird things growing in the sump too? Ill show you tonight
