Probably a guy who maintains and setups tanks who propogate corals and also has access to local wholesalers for supplies and live stock. Why dont take one for the team and check him out.

If he's nearby to you, it wouldn't hurt to check him out.

If you stick with the non-sps stuff, it would be hard to get something poorly maintained, or waste your money compared to the cost of driving to another shop. If he's not holding the fish very long, you could get burned there.
