Anyone used Pond Armor?

Has anyone used this stuff to seal a plywood tank?
Do you think it would work?

seams kinda pricy to me, but it says non-toxic and fish safe.

I was thinking using this kind of stuff would be much easier and simpler than fiberglass, perhaps even more durable.

Why not use an already proven method (EPOXY)?
