What size is your tank--LxWxH?

I'm considering the same light but still on the fence. 24" is my width and I'm not certain 1 unit will do the job. That and the fact that my current light is giving great results so it's hard for me to justify the purchase for just the gizmo factor.

one will definitely work power wise but I believe you will have shading issues.

I would recommend two 160s or two A80s If your tank is more shallow

My tank (well the tank I just ordered yesterday) is an IM Nuvo Fusion 40g rimless. Its 24" long.

I use a a-150 sky blue over my 28g softie/LPS reef and absolutely love it. Great growth.

I'll be using one of these over my 20 gallon long pretty soon. The tank has cycled, I've got the mounting arm etc. I still owe about $150 on it though. My LFS has it on layaway for me.
