when you ordered the fixture did they tell you or do you know what brand of bulbs you will be gettin? i am thinking of ordering this fixture myself

The PC bulbs on the 48" MH fixture I saw had Odyssea stamped on them and didn't look that great to me. I will change out mine to something else. The MH looked good though. Not sure who makes the bulb.

The smaller light came in today but I was at work late and missed the shipment. Grrrrrrrrr.....

With any luck, I'll be updating you all on both lights, especially the MH unit, early next week.

was at the lfs today and saw a few of the jebo fixtures, pc and t5, the fixtures seemed pretty nice, the bulbs on the other hand did not.

I emaild them about comming to reefcentral for the vendor place and that was 2 weeks ago and they still havent responded. A simple no would have been nice. I dont need the silence treatment.

I agree with replacing the bulbs. Other than that I think people will be really impressed with the fixtures. I noticed that the price at the store was more than the on line price (maybe the store price advertised included the 6 month warranty?). I've also heard that shipping is really expensive.

my shipping for the smaller hang-on skimmer was $16.00 which is from CA to NC. Not horrible, not great.

got some of the 24 110 they where out of the odyssea version with 65 watt lights
just got them yesterday and there is no fan might have to add one but the light is super brite a little on the blue side i will try and replace them with better bulbs later on (anyone have suggestions) go look at my thread on nano-reef.com to see the pic of the lights on

The 48" PC fixture is exactly 48" long, 6.25" wide and 2.5" tall... with the 2 on/off switches add about .25" to height. Again that is the 4x55watt 48" PC unless they changed it recently.
