Hi, I work at a LFS that has a mantis shrimp that I am unable to identify. I believe it to be either Gonodactylaceus ternatensis, or a Neogonodactylus species like wennerae. I would have to wait till this weekend, when I work, to confirm the coloration of the antenual scale and carapace.
Anyway, I was looking for an individual that is a bit more green or blue. Also, I think I might be interested in a G. smithii. My employer said that he could order another if this one sold, but I would have no way of knowing the coloration, or even the species, of the new mantis. So I was thinking if anyone might be interested in him I would ship him out and see if I like the new guy. If not, maybe I could ship him too, or even trade him for another one online.
I would have to confirm the species and the price, with an employee discount it should be low, but let me know if you might be interested ahead of time. Thanks, cro.
