anyone want some free cheato?

it is once again getting to be time for me to trim the cheato. this stuff has been growing like crazy lately and it has grown so fast that it is overtaking the area I set aside for it.

anyone in need of a really good macro algea for their fuge or even main tank is welcome to have a big chunk. it is also teeming with pods so you would be getting a nice boost to your tank.

I just feel like I am really wasting the stuff by tossing it in the garbage when someone else could use it. btw it is not contaminated with any caulerpa either.

if you want it free just PM me in the next 2 or 3 days and we'll set somthing up so you can pick it up, if I don't hear anything after that then I will assume no one wants any and into the garbage it will go.

I don't know if anything likes this stuff, but someone else may know. It is almost the consistency of fishing line.

It works best in your fuge. It might go nuts in your main tank. It does not attach to anything so you could keep pruning it and hide it behind some LR.

.... just threw it in my Buckfugium--- (bucket fuge).... my temporary fuge until my real one goes up....
