anyway to turn hob skimmer to sump skimmer

wonedring if i could use a hob skimmer in my sump and could i use the return pump to pump water back to the tank its a MARINELAND PROTEIN SKIMMER 100 MSPS100

I use a HOB skimmer in my sump. Just hang on your sump....

do i need another pump to pump the water back to the tank or could i use the skimmer return ? im new to skimmers never used one

You need a return. I use a MJ 1200 on my 75
